A Friendly Reminder to the Meme?

So over on the discussion post, a poster revealed that their post had recently been hijacked (as in, someone commenting on their post asking for people to fill it for the commenter, and later elaborating on how that commenter wanted the prompt to be filled). Another poster admitted the same had happened to them, and that the hijacker had criticized the original prompt and asked for changes. Could we perhaps have some sort of general reminder to the meme of the rules and guidelines? I hate to ask, as 99% of commenters are probably very conscientious about this, and don't need to be told, but the fact that it's happened to more than one prompter might mean that a gentle reminder is in order.
