I would love a fic in which Mr Norrell has to attend a very important, unmissible lavish soiree that involves the need to partake in some dancing. Norrell tries everything under the sun to get out of going, but Childermass insists he must attend for the greater good of English magic. There are some very influential figures in attendance and he'd be a fool to miss such a networking opportunity. So, with great reluctance, Norrell admits defeat and accepts he must attend, on the proviso that Childermass acts as his practice dance partner in the build up to the soiree.
