1. Post-shooting Drawlight becomes tree fairy/spirit, finds Lascelles in Faerie, and rescues him from his fate. Lascelles is desperate, completely dependent on him. Drawlight starts to feel, for the first time in the many years he's known Lascelles, like he's the one in control and with all the power for a change. Decides to "punish" Lascelles for what he did. (No non-con please, maybe Lascelles suggests it first himself.)

2. Just a random fling sometime pre-shooting. Maybe Lascelles is bored and asks Drawlight to take control one night, thinking it'd be funny but then Drawlight is surprisingly good at it.
Either way, I don't think Drawlight is sadistic so, compared to Lascelles, he'd be a more gentle dom, but in a condescending, sharp-tongued sort of way.
