I just, have this desire for all of the characters to be queuing in McDonald's and discussing what they'd like to order. Childermass has the task of telling the cashier the whole order.

Examples/ideas:
Norrell can't decide until the last minute and is worried about calorie counting.
Lascelles thinks he's better than everyone by ordering the Deli Wrap.
Jonathan leans over the counter (drunk) and flirts with the cashier.
Drawlight having a ridiculous request (like a double cheeseburger with no gherkins, done medium-rare with extra onions and cheese on only one side)
Emma wants a "family-sized" box of nuggets (that the Gentleman, who said he didn't want anything, ends up stealing half of)
Etc.
