oh my god, anon, you are so on my same wavelength it's crazy.

although i am also thinking about jonathan, dripping wet from a rainstorm, tangling his hands in the vines to stay upright against a wall, so overwhelmed and desperate that he loses control of his magic and unintentionally makes the vines grow. grant trying to get him back into a soldierly headspace, pressing his hands into jonathan's palms with the ivy between them, pressing their foreheads together. jonathan's lips taste of rainwater and terror.

basically there is not enough peninsula fic and i would pay someone to write more.
