OP, I have a question! Are you after a younger Childermass when he first joins Mr Norrell's service and an older Mr Norrell? (I'm guesstimating Norrell to be around 10 or 15 years older than Childermass.) Because, I'd be so ready to read that! (I'd be up for reading anything ageplay related tbf.)

I'd love to hear other pairings you feel could work with ageplay too. It's got me thinking about the age ranges of the characters now... Would be interesting to work it out.

Tbh I was thinking about how Childermass parents Norrell because he's a spoilt child who he loves very much. BUT now that I'm thinking of young Childermass th at would be lovely as well... because he never really got to be a kid in his childhood :'(

In terms of other pairings, Arabella/JStrange would be so cute and fluffy. She's for sure a mommy figure to him. I generally don't pay a lot of attention to who's actually older, just who plays what role in the relationship. Oh, also Wellington is everyone's daddy.
