this is everything I want with this pairing and more! slow build, a huge focus on magic as part of their relationship, Childermass being the one who's aware of them first, ughhh I'm so excite. I love how you wrote everyone here: genial Mr Honeyfoot, Vinculus who knows more than he lets on, and Segundus is of course a delight. I love how you incorporated the cards into this, and looking forward to what exactly they answered for Childermass (though we could guess), and how Childermass seems to be in denial. thanks for sharing this with us!
