Arabella/Lady Pole - anything!

(Anonymous) 2015-06-06 09:07 pm (UTC)(link)
I'd love anything with this pairing, maybe during one of her visits Arabella tries to calm Emma down and reassure her that she won't fall asleep and ends up kissing her.

[I'm afraid this turned out a bit angstier than I intended - apparently no one told Arabella that polyamory is an option- but I hope you enjoy it! Its sort of a blend of book and series canon]

--

June 1813

Arabella’s visits to Lady Pole had become a regular part of her weekly routine since Jonathan had left for the war. While most assumed her visits to be pure charity, Arabella genuinely enjoyed her company. There was something about Emma Pole that Arabella found enthralling. She was prone to dramatic (and often nonsensical) proclamations that would have seemed humorous but they were made with such sincerity that they often moved Arabella. She was an intelligent, bold and opinioned young woman, and her illness had not changed that. At times Arabella found she very much doubted the diagnosis of madness. She often felt a great sorrow that she could not understand them and be of any real assistance to Lady Pole. If Arabella ever voiced these thoughts, Lady Pole (who had taken to calling her “my dear Mrs. Strange”) would always assure her that her company was treasured and brought some comfort into her ladyship’s tragic situation, even if Arabella thought herself a very poor help.

Their meetings were surprizingly varied, despite Lady Pole’s illness preventing her from leaving her house, and upon occasion even her farther than her personal sitting room. Sometimes they would take tea and talk, as Lady Pole loved to hear about the going-ons of the world outside her doorstep. She did not care too much for idle gossip, but she was desperate for news. Most often they discussed world-affairs, though Arabella took great care to avoid the discussion of Mr. Norrell whenever possible, to avoid distressing her friend. Other days Arabella would discuss Jonathan’s latest letter. On days when her ladyship was too weak to carry much conversation or when there was little news to speak of, they had taken to pulling books from Sir Walter’s (modest) library and Arabella would read them aloud for their enjoyment. In the warmer months, Arabella had asked Sir Walter if it might be possible for herself and Lady Pole to take their tea outside, for she believed some fresh air might help her ladyship’s nerves, but she was turned down. After this conversation, Stephen Black, the Poles’ butler, began setting up their tea by the largest window in the drawing room and leaving it open as much as he could. Arabella made sure to thank him for this.

Other days Lady Pole was in quite a state and would plead with Arabella to help her with some problem that was causing her strife, only Arabella could not for the life of her understand what that problem was. On these days Stephen would help Arabella with calming Lady Pole. Sometimes they were successful, other times they were not.

Once her ladyship had been so distressed that Stephen, seeing no other option, had suggested that perhaps it would be best if Mrs. Strange were to come back another day. This had upset her ladyship so much that she immediately calmed and began profusely apologizing to Arabella for distressing her. Arabella quickly reassured her that she had done no such thing and that she only wished to help her ladyship in any way should could. Lady Pole shook her head and sadly told her that it would be best for her to come another time, before apologizing once more and asking Stephen to escort her to her room. As she passed Arabella, she did a very strange thing. She grasped both of Arabella’s hands in her own and said, “You must promise me you will keep yourself safe Mrs. Strange.”

Arabella asked her what she meant.

Lady Pole opened her mouth, then closed it and shook her head. She dropped Arabella’s hands and allowed Stephen to guide her into the hallway.

****

“I used to detest novels,” Lady Pole told her one afternoon when Arabella had momentarily paused in her reading. “Did you know that?”

“I did not, my lady. May I ask why?”

They had been reading Madame d’Graffigny’s Letters from a Peruvian Woman. The golden sunlight of the late afternoon streamed through the windows, warming the drawing room. At the start of the visit, they had both been sitting side by side on the sopha, alternating between reading aloud and simply reading in silence, each one noting when she had finished the current page. Currently, Emma, who appeared much more fatigued that usual, had removed her slippers and laid down, her legs curled up at one the end of the sopha while her head rested on Arabella’s shoulder, while Arabella read aloud. There was a comfortable and casual intimacy between them, like two sisters, or…Like lovers, Arabella’s mind unhelpfully supplied, but she ignored it. It was only when Lady Pole spoke, had Arabella even noticed she had been absent mindedly running her fingers through her friend’s long, loose hair.

Now Lady Pole was no longer looking at Arabella. She had a far off look in her eyes and gazed aimlessly at something at the other side of the room.

“I always avoided them before,” Lady Pole placed a very distinct emphasis on the word, and Arabella understood immediately. She rarely heard Lady Pole speak of her life before her resurrection. “I preferred to read histories and books on politics and philosophy. I wanted to learn everything I could about the world. If I dabbled in fiction it was always poetry. It used to make my mother very happy, she thought novels were for the frivolous and the shallow. It was one of my only habits that please her.”

Lady Pole paused momentarily. She did not often speak of her mother, but Arabella always noticed that when she did it was with a hint of distain. When Lady Pole collected herself she continued:

“But now I find myself desperate for novels. I long to forget myself and my current troubles. I want pretend that I am an adventurer who will return home victorious and happy, or a silly girl whose only troubles are which suitor to marry. Such vapid escapes are much preferable than to be constantly reminded of my suffering.”

Her speech concluded, Lady Pole turned back to Arabella. Her eyes searched Arabella’s for some kind of understanding. While Arabella could not speak for her friend’s illness, she could relate to the desire to lose oneself in a good book. She ought to say something in response, but she found herself entranced by the intensity of Lady Pole’s gaze. Her eyes were wide and appeared aged beyond her years. In that moment Arabella did not doubt her friend had seen some true horrors, be they real or some symptom of her illness. The very thought of Lady Pole suffering so overwhelmed her. Before Arabella had any chance to think about the implications of her actions she abruptly embraced Lady Pole. At first Lady Pole was stiff and startled but soon melted into the hug, closing her eyes.

They stayed like this for several minutes. Arabella stroked Lady Pole’s hair and wept into her shoulder. Lady Pole massaged small circles into Arabella’s back. Then Lady Pole pulled back and rested her forehead against Arabella’s. She wiped Arabella’s tears away with part of her own dress.

For her part, Arabella was terribly embarrassed.

“I beg your pardon, my lady. I do not know what came over me,” she stammered. “I should not have- It was very selfish of me too ask you to comfort me in your present state. It is I who should be comforting you and I fear I have done a rather terrible job of it.”

Lady Pole shook her head and said “You cannot always be the strong one Mrs. Strange. You have brought me so much comfort these past months, it is the least I can do to provide some in return.” She placed a tender kiss to Arabella’s forehead before pulling away. Arabella wanted to stop her, but knew that was out of the question.

“You are too kind, Lady Pole,” Arabella said, still quite flustered.

“Oh I wish you would not call me Lady Pole.”

“What would you have me call you?”

“I would have you call me Emma, if that is not too forward. It has been such a long time since anyone called me Emma. It is always ‘Lady Pole this’ or ‘Lady Pole that’. I am afraid one morning I will wake up and find I have forgotten my own name.”

“But surely Sir Walter calls you by your first name?” Arabella asked.

“My husband can hardly bear to be in the same room as me let alone hold a conversation with me. I am ‘his wife’ or I am “Lady Pole’ or I am not spoken of at all,” she replied.

There was an inherent weariness in her voice that gave Arabella pause. It reminded her of her own husband. With Jonathan away at the war, she had not her heard her Christian name spoken aloud in over a year (when her brother had last visited her). She sympathized with Emma’s loneliness and though she did not wish to dwell on it, she knew that she was just as lonely as her friend.

“If it pleases your ladysh- If it pleases you, I shall call you Emma,” Arabella said.

Emma smiled. “Thank you Mrs. Strange,” she said.

“Oh but you must call me Arabella,” she blurted out without thinking. She had the decency to blush as she hurried to correct herself. “I mean to say, it would be very odd for me to refer to you by your Christian name, and for you to refer to me so formally.”

“Of course.” Emma nodded as though that was the most sensible thing in the world, quite oblivious to Arabella’s nerves. “My dear Arabella,” she said trying out the name. She paused, as though she was savouring the taste of the name. She gave Arabella a small smile, and laid her head back on her shoulder. “Would you be so kind and indulge me in a little more of Madame d’Graffigny’s delightful satire?” she asked softly, as though Arabella could ever deny her anything.

Arabella, her heart fluttering and her thoughts in a whirl, nodded and continued.

****

That evening Arabella was in quite a state. She hardly ate any dinner and readied herself for bed far earlier that she would normally. Her maid, Mary inquired as to whether she was ill. She replied that she was not, thanked Mary for her concern and then dismissed her. She was not in the mood for conversation or company.

Arabella was troubled by Emma Pole. More accurately she was troubled by her own actions around Emma. Arabella was a practical woman. It was something she prided herself in, if she felt inclined to pride herself in anything. It was practical and good to comfort one’s friends. It was practical to spend most of one’s time with one’s lonely housebound friend while one’s husband was away at the war. It was not practical however to begin to develop romantic feelings for one’s friend.

One’s married friend.

married female friend.

It was one thing for her to be married and feel attracted to another man. That was sin enough, and it hurt her heart to know that she was torn between Jonathan and another, when she had promised to devote herself completely and wholly to Jonathan. A promise she had fully intended to keep. And still do, she reminded herself, but a small nagging part of her was no longer sure how true that was. It was not that she did not love Jonathan, she did. She loved him with all her heart. Her affections for Emma did not dull these feelings, which only served to confuse her more. She did not think it possible to feel such affection for more than one person. She tried to explain it to herself, but no explanation made sense. Her feelings for Emma did not seem to come from Jonathan’s absence; they were not the result of simple loneliness and a desire for intimacy. Nor were her feelings a result of boredom or unhappiness with married life, which are the cause of many such affairs. She was forced to conclude that she simply had the misfourtune of falling in love with two people at once.

Of course, even if she was the kind of woman who felt comfortable engaging in extramarital affairs (which she was not), that did not even begin to cover the dilemma that the object of her affections was a woman. Arabella was from a religious family and she knew how the church and society frowned upon such things. For a man it would mean prison or worse. For women like herself (and Emma, should she reciprocate) it meant the madhouse. It was that thought which distressed her most of all. She would not have Emma sent to a madhouse on her account. She had started visiting Emma out of the desire to help her cope with her illness; to help keep her from being locked up in such a place as Bedlam. The thought of her dear Emma locked away, where one might pay to mock her sickness disturbed her. She decided that her personal feelings were of no importance. She had to keep Emma safe and she would not allow her emotions to get in the way.

Strange/Major Grant (spoilers episode 3)

(Anonymous) 2015-06-06 09:44 pm (UTC)(link)
I can't be the only one who enjoyed the tension between Strange and Major Grant in ep3

Wellington: Where's the magician?
Strange: Here, sir.
Grant: I would counsel against placing too much reliance-
Wellington: Yes, Grant, I'm sure you would.

Grant: Perhaps we have reached the limits of your abilities, Mr Strange?

ok I just love this dynamic. First Grant disdains Strange and thinks he's ridiculous and is just getting in the way / has no place being there. Then comes grudging respect after the forest. Then the "are you married" conversation.... then Grant gets all worried over Strange after the spell to raise the dead Neapolitans.

I need fic where Grant starts worrying over Merlin's wellbeing in spite of himself, stuff like Wellington keeps over-taxing Strange and Strange is having a hard time coping with the harsh realities of war and missing his wife, and even though Grant tries to resist it (he's seen too many close friends die) he can't help looking out for Strange / finds he respects the magician more and more / is growing fond of him.

Steven/GWTTH ~ clothing kink

(Anonymous) 2015-06-07 07:13 pm (UTC)(link)
The gentleman with the thistledown hair becomes increasingly infatuated with Stephen and dresses him up in elaborate beautiful kingly clothes and has his way with him.

FILL

(Anonymous) 2015-06-23 03:17 am (UTC)(link)
(leaning more towards book-canon, and not smut, although the gentleman does indeed have his way with stephen)

The Gentleman's dramatic flattery and gifts were frequent and often embarrassing. Stephen had long ago steeled himself against their coming, answering each with a weary 'You are too kind, sir.' Protesting the Gentleman's misguided kindnesses seemed only to increase his ardency, Stephen had found.

Yet this latest gift had left him speechless. He tried to form his usual reply, but his voice shook, and he could not quite tear his gaze from the magnificent clothes laid out on his bed before him.

“Is it not a most splendid outfit, Stephen?” the Gentleman asked, grinning. “Although you are most becoming in even these plain clothes you insist on wearing, I have taken the liberty of selecting something more suitable. You shall, of course, wear it tonight.” He squeezed Stephen's shoulder and leaned in. “I look forward to it most eagerly,” he said, and disappeared in a blink.

--

That evening, Stephen carefully dressed himself in the fine clothes the Gentleman had provided him. Although the uniform he wore in the service of Sir Walter was of good quality (too good, some would say, for the likes of him), and, indeed, something Stephen was rather proud of, there was simply no comparing it to what he currently found himself in. Stockings softer and finer than even Sir Walter's best. A shirt of purest white that felt heavenly against his skin. Breeches with silk ties. A splendid quilted waistcoat. The crowning piece of the ensemble was the tail coat, which rested upon his person with a pleasurable weight, and seemed to him a deep red, or possibly plum, but which was likely in actuality a color known only in Lost Hope. He had never seen so fine a coat, nor would he have dreamed of wearing one. He smoothed his hands over it, reverentially, then finished dressing.

No sooner had he put on his shoes and straightened up, but the Gentleman appeared before him. He clapped his hands and smiled in delight.

“Stephen! How splendid you look! How regal!” He circled Stephen once, and with a thoughtful look untied Stephen's cravat, retying it in a more complicated knot than Stephen was accustomed to. Then he circled Stephen again, the smile never leaving his face.

“I must, once again, thank you sir, for your most generous gift,” Stephen said. The Gentleman looked up from admiring Stephen's form in his new clothes to meet Stephen's eyes. “These clothes are exceedingly fine, and I-” The Gentleman cut him off with a wave of his hand.

“Do not thank me, Stephen. The pleasure you take in wearing these clothes is enough. As, indeed, is the pleasure I take in seeing you wearing these clothes.” He offered Stephen an arm. “Shall we proceed?”

--

At the ball that night Stephen was startled at the attention paid him by the denizens of Lost Hope. The lady with shimmering beetles in place of hair requested, not the usual one, but three dances of him. Another woman, who previously had danced light as a feather, seeming to need a partner only for appearance's sake, came all over hands, and crushed herself against him most indecently.

And through it all, he could see the Gentleman watching him with a pleased smile, eyes glittering in the candlelight.

--

At the end of the evening, Stephen found himself once more in his room, feeling, as he always did, the same mixture of giddiness and exhaustion brought on by an evening of dance.

“Oh Stephen, you really do look magnificent,” the Gentleman breathed into his ear. Stephen turned, startled.

“Sir! Forgive me. I did not notice you had returned. Is there anything else that you require of me this night?” As always in times of upset, his training came to the forefront.

The Gentleman appeared to think the question over, tapping one long white finger against his mouth. His gaze never left Stephen, who stood patiently.

“I think,” the Gentleman said slowly, “that what I would like is to help you out of those fine clothes. You are tired, and while no doubt a capable man such as yourself would have no trouble undressing on his own, it can be so nice to have some help in these matters when one is tired, wouldn't you agree?”

“But sir,” Stephen protested. “I could not possibly ask you to do such a thing!”

The Gentleman looked at him sharply.

“You asked if there was anything further that I required of you this evening, did you not?” he asked. Stephen nodded, unsettled. “There! What I require of you is for you to allow me to aid you in disrobing. Consider it,” he continued, “an additional gift, to be paired with the first one.” And with that, there was nothing more Stephen could say. The Gentleman had already knelt to unbuckle Stephen's shoes.

Gently, he wrapped a long hand around Stephen's calf and raised it, slipping the shoe off. He was no valet, and Stephen wobbled at the sudden change of stance, but the Gentleman was strong, and did not let Stephen fall. When he had dealt with the other shoe, he stayed kneeling, running his hands up the back of Stephen's stockings. Stephen felt his throat tighten.

“These stockings are made from spiders' first webs, Stephen. That is what gives them their fineness. Their last webs, of course, are made from stronger stuff, which is why it is more often made into shirts, such as the one you are currently wearing. They are equally soft, though, do you not agree?” He looked up at Stephen and smiled, his hands still caressing Stephen's calves. “Close your eyes, my dear Stephen, and concentrate on how they feel against your skin. Is it not wonderful?” Stephen's eyes fell closed as he complied, and though he thought he had been cognizant of his clothes against his skin before, he found that now he was aware of nothing else but shifting fabric and the nimble fingers untying his the laces at his knee.

Slowly, the Gentleman divested him of his breeches and stockings, leaving his shirt hanging to his knees. Distantly, some small part of Stephen bristled at the Gentleman's incompetence at undressing a fellow, but far more important were the sensations that his actions were inspiring. Eyes still closed, he heard the Gentleman stand. His hands caressed Stephen's face tenderly before untying the cravat.

“My dear, if you could only see yourself as I see you now.” He paused, and ran his hands down Stephen's arms. His voice deepened. “If Mrs. Brandy could see you as I see you now. Well.” He began, slowly, to unbutton the tail coat. “This coat, Stephen, is the color of kingship-hard-won-and-well-deserved, a color most exceedingly rare. It suits you beautifully, as I knew it would. It is almost a shame to divest you of it.” He walked behind Stephen and removed the coat. “Almost.”

Trembling, Stephen stood in the middle of his room, wearing only his waistcoat and shirt. He dreaded the idea of the Gentleman coming back around front and seeing the state his actions had caused him. It was not seemly to have such a reaction, and he did not know what the Gentleman would say.

The Gentleman, to his relief, did not return to his front, but instead reached around under Stephen's arms and began to unbutton the waistcoat. It seemed to Stephen that the Gentleman stood unusually close, and was reminded briefly of the young lady at the ball who had pressed herself against him during their dance. But within a moment the Gentleman stepped back, drawing the waistcoat down along his arms. Stephen bit his lip at the thought of the Gentleman removing his shirt, the last piece of his modesty. He would not allow it, he told himself. A man must have that much dignity.

“Until tomorrow then, my dear Stephen,” the Gentleman said, and Stephen felt the gentle heat against his back disappear. He waited a moment, breathing deeply and trying to collect himself. Then he opened his eyes to find himself staring into his reflection in the full-length looking glass, looking as undone as could be.

Ep.4 Strange/those two officers playing billiards

(Anonymous) 2015-06-07 10:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Strange palling around with his army buddies and seemingly getting pretty tipsy was the best thing ever. Can we have a different night that doesn't end in mirror adventures but instead threesome officer/magician/officer sandwich sexytime adventures? The boys want to catch up with Merlin after those heady Peninsular days.

Hey OP, I prompted Grant/De Lancey later in the meme because I love De Lancey and I love rare pairs, but I'm also very much on board with this. In fact, after rewatching the series over the past few days, I have started to develop an OT3 headcanon and... I am probably going to write this, kthanxbai.

Strange/Norrell, frustration & hatesex?? (Spoilers Episode 4)

(Anonymous) 2015-06-07 10:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Episode 4's ending just makes me want this. would be ideal is Norrell for example has a really rare book on the Raven King or something and tries to bribe Strange to stay with him but when Strange refuses Norrell offers him the book if they can have one last fling with the understanding they're about to become enemies and this is the last time for a long time probably that they'll get to have magician sex...just sayin...

Re: Strange/Norrell, frustration & hatesex?? (Spoilers Episode 4)

(Anonymous) 2015-06-15 10:52 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm writing a fill for this, but it's an alternative ending for episode 5 rather than episode 4. Would that still be okay? This prompt just really spoke to me after I saw Strange breaking into Norrell's house, and wondered what would have happened if Norrell had been in his office.

Strange/Norrell, Strange/Arabella, disguise mistaken identity

(Anonymous) 2015-06-07 11:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Because reasons Norrell casts an enchantment that makes Strange think he is Arabella. Possibly to try and get information on Strange and how much he knows about the Lady Pole situation. Things backfire when Strange kisses his "wife" and Norrell starts freaking out but has to play the part and tentatively kisses Strange back.

Would prefer that Norrell doesn't physically change into Arabella, it's just Strange's delusion that he's talking to and making out with his wife.

Bonuses:
-Strange gets turned on by Arabella's coy behaviour and makes a point of being very gentle with "her". As this is all Norrell's first time (with a dude - a!a can decide if he's totally inexperienced) he is extremely flustered by how gentle and sweet Strange is being towards him.
-Childermass walks in on them and to him Norrell still looks like Norrell. He just pauses for a second then backs out of the room without comment lol

Childermass/Segundus -secret meetings

(Anonymous) 2015-06-08 06:33 am (UTC)(link)
There are places where like minded gentlemen can meet to give vent to some of their less socially accepted needs.
That is how Segundus meets Childermass for the first time. But after their first wonderful night it seems that they keep running into each other on every opportunity.
Segundus is afraid of blackmail, Childermass suspects some sort of scheme. But by fate or coincident each time they meet they menage to end up with hands in each other trousers.

Or how on Segundus and Childermass kind of sort of made out every time they had a bit of privacy.

Strange/Norrell - Awkward First Time

(Anonymous) 2015-06-08 07:00 am (UTC)(link)
Because we all know that Norrell has never so much as kissed anything that wasn't a unique first addition, and because his crush on Strange is so terribly awkward that he probably has never done that before either, I desperately want an awkward first time between them. Jonathan Strange/Gilbert Norrell - Sex Magic

Said book is about love/sex magic and Segundus just tried to cast his first spell from it. Both men gets a bit sidetracked after spell starts working.

Shameless porn with Childermass/Segundus with some feeling at the end.

Strange/Major Grant - spell gone wrong

(Anonymous) 2015-06-08 03:07 pm (UTC)(link)
Strange has reservations about a spell Wellington wants him to cast a spell to confound the French... inevitably the spell backfires and has a potent effect on Strange. Grant is sent out to find him and find him he does, and he quickly realises that Strange is not entirely himself.

It would be even better if the spell actually just released inhibitions, so Strange had been attracted to Grant but repressed it and the spell just pulls down all his inhibitions and Strange is trying to fight it but he can't.

Wilderness (1/?)

(Anonymous) 2015-06-09 03:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Grant was shaving when he first heard it, a rumour, a voice outside his tent as it flapped lazily in the breeze; somebody whose voice he didn't recognise said it. The magician is gone. Grant couldn't hear the other person's response.

He didn't visibly react in any way. He simply finished shaving, washed his face with warm, stale water from the wooden bucket at his feet, then headed silently and directly for the magician's tent on the other side of the encampment. He wasn't alarmed, or certainly wouldn't have described himself as being so. But Major Grant had carved a career out of the necessity of keeping his eyes and ears open, he was very good at it, and there was no point in failing to act on whatever information one received.

"Hello?" he called, pulling up the canopy. "Merlin?"

But the tent was empty and Strange's bed unslept in. Grant cursed quietly and wondered what he should do next.

It hadn't mattered to him at the time that Strange didn't want to come back to the wars. Why should he want to? Unlike Grant, he had the charms of a beautiful woman at home to draw his attention from the French, just one of a number of reasons why military men ought never to marry. But Strange was not a military man, and ever since they had travelled back here from London a few months ago, Grant had noticed a difference in his friend's manner - a certain abstraction, a tendency to lapse into long silences, and that he was keener than ever before on keeping his hip flask filled.

Like a fool, Grant had tried to ignore the signs, and now Strange was a deserter. Grant felt suddenly nauseous with misplaced responsibility and (most foolish, most unbecoming of all) concern. Strange was his own man entirely - and yet Grant felt that he had not quite done his duty by his friend. He wondered what the protocol was for a deserting magician. Could this be hidden from the press, omitted from dispatches, or must it cause a furore that would ruin Strange?

Quite apart from anything else, Grant felt that, ill-advised as it was, they had become dependent on Strange's abilities and would struggle in the coming weeks without them. And if they lost the war... Well, then. Wellington, if he survived, would be sure to have Strange shot for it.

"Ah, Grant, just the man," said Wellington's voice behind him, as if he had stepped straight from Grant's imagination. Grant physically jumped. He was still, madly, standing inside Strange's empty tent. He turned to Wellington ready to make some excuse, to play for time (perhaps he could fix it, sort it, before the news got any further?), but Wellington continued, "I'm afraid our Merlin's got into some difficulty. I shouldn't like it getting around. When can you be ready to ride out and track him down?"

Childermass/Lascelles hatesex

(Anonymous) 2015-06-09 10:30 pm (UTC)(link)
This anon would like to see Childermass' and Lascelles' rivalry over who influences Norrell turn to some good old fashioned hatesex. Possibly in Norrell's library, though anywhere's fine.

Extra points for both acting dominant as fuck, one pushing the other against a wall, holding the other by the throat etc. Have fun!

Gentleman & Segundus

(Anonymous) 2015-06-09 11:40 pm (UTC)(link)
Obviously Norrell and Strange are far too ugly for The Gentleman to care about. But John Segundus is another matter entirely, and is whisked away to Lost-Hope without further question.

Slash with dub-con would be beautiful but not necessary at all.

Segundus, sex magician

(Anonymous) 2015-06-10 02:50 am (UTC)(link)
Mr Segundus discovers that he is really quite a capable practical magician, provided he restricts himself to sex-based magics.

Of course, it's not at all respectable. It must be kept secret. Or as secret as it can be kept, what with Childermass scenting magic on the air and hunting down the practitioner...
