Strange/Childermass - alternative scene ending

Having just re-watched ep 5, I'm having seriously dirty thoughts about the scene between Strange and Childermass, when Childermass becomes a shadow and he pretty much orgasms over the sketches of the King's roads...and of course Strange calls him "Magician". I would love, love, love a fic based on this scene, where instead of Jonathan storming off angrily into the mirror to confront Norrell, he ends up having lots of hot magician sex with Childermass instead. Clearly the preferable option methinks!

I can't believe there are not more versions of this scene. Just consider:

1. Strange seduces Childermass, who is really into this darker, straightforward, slightly fucked-up version of Strange and therefore willing to be seduced.

2. Childermass seduces Strange in order to stop him haring off to Norrell to do damage. Strange is all unsure and brittle and maybe even aware of what's going on but needy.

3. Childermass and Strange stay up all night talking about magic (maybe even go onto the King's Roads) and have uncomfortably honest, slightly clumsy sex at dawn before going their separate ways.

WRITE ONE. WRITE THEM ALL.

To add to what everyone else has said, the two of them look So Incredibly Hot in that scene, they really need to undress each other and go at it. Lots of heavy breathing and licking and knocking over furniture... Oh lord...

OP here - ooh yes I love all these scenarios, so many possibilities! I particularly like 1, just because it's usually Childermass doing the seducing, plus I can imagine Childermass being quite sucked in by Strange's romanticism re: the Raven King.

I'm surprised there isn't already fic centred around this scene too, and in fact surprised there isn't more Strange/Childermass fic in general!
