What it says on the tin. Can be any time, with anyone. Just give me a sneezy, sniffly Childermass desperately trying to be stoic despite the fact that he's horribly embarrassed by his spring affliction.

Bonus points for Childermass losing his composure completely.
Double bonus points if Norrell notices and fixes it with magic.

This has so much humour potential, just imagine: it's dark outside, there are some candles lit in the library, Childermass suddenly speaks with his underworld!voice and Norrell jumps with a scream because he was reading a book and had completely forgot that Childermass was in the room.
